Princing and Payment:
- All prices are listed in USD. We accept major Credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods via Shopify payments.
Shipping and Customs Disclaimer:
- We ship globally from Hong Kong. Customs duties and import taxes are responsibility of the buyer. Delivery time range from 3-10 business days depending on location. We are not liable for delays due to customs processing or courier issues.
- All the products are free shipping all over Hongkong and for international shipping will be shipped by local airmail under 1,500 USD anything above will be send via international courier and if the client need special delivery arrangement kindly email us at kumarjewellerybyinfinity.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Returns and Exchange:
- Due to the Bespoke nature of our Jewelry, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging. Custom and engraved items are non-refundable.
Liability:
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services or force major events.
